The Production Shift Manager will coordinate the production, maintenance, and sanitation within the assigned area. The shift Manager will work towards achieving the goal of producing high-quality, cost effective potato products. The Production Shift Manager directs the personnel assigned to him or her in the areas of: job training, assignment of duties, prioritization of tasks, time-keeping, record keeping, employee relations, corrective actions, safety, performance management and employee communications. This position works only 14 days a month on 12 hour shifts and receives pay and benefits as a full time employee.

Knowledge and Skills: Experience in a manufacturing environment managing a team of employees, production processes, quality and safety. Knowledge of food safety and GMP's; Must be able to read, understand and adjust when necessary gauges, meters, and computerized controls; Ability to keep accurate, complete, and legible records in English.
