Idaho Pacific is seeking a Director of Plant Operations for our 4 potato dehydration plant operations. This will include daily interaction with the Plant Managers and oversight of the day-to-day plant performance of production, quality control, safety, employee relations, packaging, and sanitation. This position will participate in company-wide planning & budgeting for the operations functions. This position will be responsible for supporting the company's objectives in achieving performance goals, training, implementing, and enforcing company policies, programs and procedures. This position is located in the Idaho Falls area.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment that includes budgeting, production, sanitation, safety, packaging, shipping and receiving.
• Experience in Food manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and direct a management team.
• The position will require 15-20% travel to visit locations outside of Idaho. Must have or be able to obtain a passport for entry into Canada.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, or similar spreadsheet software.
• Experience overseeing successful safety programs and creating a culture of safety that results in superior safety records.
